When you visit our website you can do so without submitting any personal data. We collect standard internet log information such as traffic on the website, pages visited, and length of time spent on the website. This information is only processed in a way which does not identify anyone. We don't make any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website.

When you make a purchase through our website we ask for your name, contact details, and a means of payment. All our payments are processed by a specialist provider (Stripe), so we do not have access to your credit card details. We keep a record of your purchases with your name and contact details in our booking system so we can manage your booking.
We take the security of your personal data very seriously, and take every effort to protect it. Access is limited to individuals on a need-to-know basis, for example, those dealing with enquiries about your membership. All access to our ticket system uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption and password protection.
We retain information about purchases for a minimum period of six years following the end of the financial year in which you placed your order. This is required by law for tax purposes and VAT returns.
